Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before the product is produced or shipped. If approved, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at support@aoemart.com. If approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get another item, please return your product and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
